1. Return/Exchange Period
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Applications submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Return/Exchange Conditions
To ensure your item meets the return/exchange criteria, please ensure the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused and unworn.
• It is in its original condition (no stains, no damage, no deformation).
• Tags and packaging are intact (including hat box/bag).
3. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
• Used or man-made damaged items. • Hat deformation due to personal reasons (e.g., squeezing, improper folding)
4. Exchange Policy
For size or style exchanges, please contact customer service.
Exchanges are only accepted for the same style or equivalent value.
If there is a price difference, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For product quality issues (damage, wrong item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For non-quality issues (e.g., dislike/size mismatch), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

We recommend using trackable logistics for returning the item.
Please pack properly to avoid damage during transportation.
Hats are easily deformed; please do not fold them before returning.
